Jesse and Scott are spectacular! Jesse crawled under the house and replaced our leaking water pipe. He is respectful, kind, funny, hardworking and efficient. I was able to get my drain flipper thing and the plate that goes with it for my bathtub replaced with a new one. The person they sent me (I believe his name was John) was polite, quick and even taught me how the drain flipper thing works. He also gave me a discount! Him and the guy he was with were very professional and they showed up within the time they said they could show up! He also told me that they are very busy this time of year and have basically been since more people are home because of the pandemic.

Newport plumbing did a fantastic job. From Scott coordinating everything and working with our schedules and the bad weather. To John coming out and replacing a lot of old copper pipe that was leaking and installing some external shutoff valves. This new setup makes everything so much nicer. Great customer service from both of them. John was very professional and made sure we knew exactly what he did and how it will all flow. We highly recommend them.

Just want to thank you again for installing our new shower. It is even better than I'd anticipated, wish we'd done it sooner. Plumbers, installation crew, carpenters all did a wonderful job And now I have an add-on: This Friday afternoon, our first really sunny weekend ahead, one of the plumbers took time to come to our house & fix a stubborn clogged toilet before he went home. I didn't get his name but we appreciate him enormously.

Kudos to Newport Plumbing! After a challenging series of no-shows with a competitor, we contacted Scott at Newport Plumbing last Friday with our need for a new kitchen faucet. Scott scheduled us for Tuesday @ 9am, and John, a very skilled plumber, was promptly there and installed our faucet. SO thankful for both Scott & John's professionalism!! We will be contacting them again should the need arise.

Update: 08/2023 Needed a new garbage disposal. Got one from their store and got an install date. They came on time. Installed and checked out. Very courteous and through work. Disposal works great. Again, if you need plumbing work, Newport is our recommendation. Needed new kitchen faucet installed. Bought a Moen we liked from them. Install was fast and excellent. Faucet works and looks great. Gave 4 stars for service. But the price they charge for hardware is high. Went back later to buy a couple of Kohler toilet flappers that only fit Kohler toilets and was charged $20 each. Since I needed them, bought, installed them and fit perfectly. Later found I could have paid as low as $9 each elsewhere. I can recommend their service and will use them again but buy the fixtures elsewhere to save some $.

John S was our plumber this time, he did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen faucet with our new Moen fixture, a new drain set up in one of our bathrooms, plus replacing an outdoor hose bib for us. John S was polite, worked very quickly, and left a clean jobsite. We had not asked for the bathroom drain fix when requesting the appointment, but he said he could fix it quickly and had the parts on the truck with him! We highly recommend Newport Plumbing in Newport, on the Oregon Coast. We will use them next time we need them and recommend them to family, friends, and clients.

Always hesitant to work with a new plumber. The previous company I had dealt with has gone downhill. Hearing nothing but good things I decided to try out Newport plumbing. What a pleasant surprise to find a company who takes so much pride in their work. So fast! Broken pipes are bad, but finding someone who was willing to go above and beyond to do the job right is great! Thanks for getting the water back on and new pipes... done in a day! Everyone I know already knows to go to you, but new locals will definitely want to know how awesome you are!

I tried calling almost every other plumber in the area and didn't get any answers then I called Newport Plumbing and they came out to my house within 15 minutes. I couldn't be more impressed with their punctuality and quality of service. It is more important than most businesses understand. A+++
